    • Summary:The fonds consists of photographs by McDougall of mining operations in Canada and the western United States as well as images of the construction of the Lion's Gate Bridge in Vancouver.
    • Biography/history note:B.W.W. McDougall was born in Toronto. He attended Queen's University, receiving a B.A. and a B.Sc. He became superintendent, manager, or engineer at numerous mining projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, Alaska and Ontario. After 1925, he established his headquarters in Vancouver, performing consulting work with a variety of mines in B.C.
