Map of Canada that shows, from the West coast, British Columbia, the Northwest Territories (before Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and NWT were established), and the current borders of Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces were still incomplete, with large regions not yet assigned to the provinces highlighted by color gradations. Shows the northern section of the State of Washington, which was founded in 1889.
