    • Summary:Vertical file contains two lease agreements dated 1877 and 1878. The first agreement is signed June 23 1877 and was made between C.S. Windsor of Inverness, B.C. and Paul Sebassah, Chief of Kathkahtla, giving Windsor the exclusive privilege to fish for salmon four up to four years for $100 per year. The second agreement is signed June 14, 1878 and was made between Paul Sebassah, proprietor of the Salmon fishery of Kitsah to sell the exclusive right of fishing for the present season to the North Western Commercial Company for $50, to be renewed yearly.
